I have been shopping online for past 6 years.in all these years I have never seen a fraud company like EBAY.
I ordered a hair dryer of NOVA brand which took 500 rupees.they delivered it in 8 days.
The packing was good.after 1 day a smell of coil burning started coming when I switched it on.in 1 minute the plastic of the hair dryer started melting.I requsted a return of the product.
But THE EBAY PEOPLE DID NOT COME TO TAKE IT.THIS HAPPENED 1 YEAR BACK.i called the ebay customer care more than 20 times but they never refunded my money nor did they took the product back.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH EBAY.
