I had bought an item from Seller: i2cworld_inc3 has shipped item (GEB - MSKU - 130521014118 - SMOCK TUBE COCKTAIL DAY EVE) and I received wrong sized item, so I contacted the seller and shipped it back to them soon, but I have not received any refund till now.
When I called up ebay customer care, I was simply told that they do not read e mail complaints thoroughly and since I did not call them earlier, they can not refund my money.
Why should a bonafide customer suffer due to incompetent eBay employees being in deep somber sleep who do not read mails carefully?
If they do not rate mail complaints at par with phone calls, it should be clearly informed to innocent customers like me, who expect these sloppy eBay employees to respond to their complaints which are raised well within time frame.
