If you get a faulty product, ebay.in says you need to file a case, build up case against the seller and then if you are able to prove then only they will display your comment and review against seller.
I bought one product from ebay. 4 years back and I filed a case, I bought foot pump and it was useless, gauge meter was just a show piece, nothing inside, pump was useless.
So I will say, go for other online shopping site like snapdeal or Tradus. So far I got good products from them.
To be frank, I am now afraid to order something on ebay. So be careful with your hard earned money.
