One of the most popular shopping site in India is Ebay.in. Most of the electronics product I brought from ebay.in. I got some time good product and some tome bad product depending on the seller. Even one day I received my order with sealed packed but with out product. When I open the packed I saw that there is nothing in the packed. I called the customer care and they assist me well and I got my money back with ebay guarantee policy. So, I think ebay.in is one of the authentic site but all the sellers of ebay are not authentic. So, depending on sellers I recommended you don't always buy product from ebay. You can get your money back if you did not receive your product perfectly but you can harassment for that.
