I purchased a product - A Lithium Ion Battery from Ebay for my Sony camera.
At the time of purchase the website said "compatable with most of the sony cameras"
New G Type NP-BG1 Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery For So.(171904885844)
I raised a concern immidetly once I receive the product as this is quite big to get into my camera and they rejected saying its my mistake. What do we have “ebay Gauarentee” for. Just to attract people and get conned?
I have the conversation recorded by the lady from e-bay claims. I understand e-bay is no more a company that could be trusted. I am complaining about this on all the major websites as well.
I will update that call recording on the blog and you can imagine the type of customer service. Guys you don’t believe that I was placed on mute for more than 15 mins just because she could not answer my questions and finally disconnected the call.

I have already wassup my friends and family not to purchase anything on e-bay for the experience I had. My next step would be to educate people about how I am conned at ebay and avoid to purchase anything from ebay.
