Ebay provide some products in duplicate form such as trimmers. Here is very poor quality of products.I have recently bought a trimmer of Company Nova. Then I found the trimmer delivered is much looks like original but when I ordered from other e-commerce site then I realize the fraudful reality of ebay. Customer service is good from ebay they support until your satisfacton, no doubt abut it.
Also I have Bought A sandisk cruser blade Pendrive and During delivery of product I Faced lots of problem.Every time I taken customer support to know the status because my tracking order always shows me cancellation.
Next thing about company's website which is truely good user interface for easy understaning but the app is little but difficult to operate as compared to site.
So company reliablity is much poor that I found.
