Ebay experience. affirmative(depends!). Review on Ebay

Till now on Mouthshut I have reviewed 2 horrible on-line shopping sites but this time around, I am gonna talk about ebay India & how ebay is far superior to some other players around, even the ones who have got some base to ponder about.

My experience with ebay has been very pleasant, simply because of nice customer friendly system they have in place. This customer centric approach releases the merchants money only after they deliver the products & in my experience their merchants are on their toes, 'cause failing the parameters; they are doomed to getting blacklisted from ebay and their money gets  trapped.

Lets see an example, I ordered an item from croma( whose warehouse is in ncr and so is my residence) on 15/1014 & till date I am clueless about the delivery. Contradictorily, I received my order from Bangalore via ebay in 2 days.

So from gurgaon to ghaziabad, a month is not enough & from bangalore to ghaziabad; 2 days are good enough & I received a complimentary gift as well on that small amount order.

Ebay seems to regulate their vendors very well and that's why their vendors act promptly

to attend their customers on priority basis, but companies like croma or infibeam has some inter departmental communication gap as if nobody cares. Therefore a company like ebay is far superior and trustworthy than these so called tata relative croma or infibeam.

They are really a pain in a*s. I would also write about some other on-line players who values their customers in my later reviews, since I have dealt with most of them.

Well my intention was purely to help fellow buyers & I posted after having several transactions with them not single one. It might be possible that in my case the sellers were good one so I never required the help of ebay to resolve any issue whatsoever. Since they are a market place that does not mean that they can leave it on sellers, they are equally responsible in case of bad seller and even more responsible since customer knows ebay & buys from them. Its their duty to ensure that sellers behave and respond properly & stay fair with all the transactions. So if Ebay is so irresponsible then I condemn them for their failure to serve appropriately.

I've not taken ebay service(intervention) as I mentioned that I was lucky to get good sellers.

But since majority have got bad response specifically those who required ebay intervention but got only disappointment. In that vein the services of ebay has failed to respond & therefore I am deducting stars & "Service & Support" rating.
