I feel this review is:
Worst after sale service. Even worse refund policy. I have not received refund even after a month. I had tried to book flight ticket on 07-02-2014. But the transaction failed. So I called their customer care & asked for refund. They said it has not received by them. They said try again it will be successful. So I tried again. However it again failed. So I lodged a complaint with proof of failure. But Till date I have not received refund.
