I’ve used Easy Cabs only two times to get to and fro from the airport. And trust me my experience is not very good about this app and what I has come to know about this cab is that they’re usually not very dependable. And They are not at all is the cheapest cabs to use though. We have many cabs running in the town that is way better and cheapest in terms of use than easy cabs.
When I booked this cab via the app for the second time, I realise that it was my big mistake that I went for it second time even after their lack of commintment was already seen by me on the first ride, After booking, when I went back on the app 15 minutes later to see if it had been dispatched or to track the vechcle it told me it had been cancelled, then I called only to be told my taxi would be 5 minutes which was actually a lie. Because of this I cound not go to see off my brother at the airport. I woudn't reccomend this cabs to the people who are in hurry to reach their destination. Because this cabs doesn't promise this.
