I booked the cab in the morning to Bangalore Railway Station for 9.00 pm the same evening. I got a confirmation mail stating the same. Due to the death of a Kannada actor, there was a lot of disturbance in the city and I was counting on the cab.
I asked them to check if I can pre-pone my booking to 8.30pm for the same reason. The call center was very prompt and said they will confirm by sms. Now as it happened, the 8.30pm was cancelled(which I didnt book) and 9.00pm cab never turned up. I called later and they told me that my enquiring for 8.30pm possiblity has cancelled my 9.00pm cab that was confirmed. This has happened to so mant people before and I would be really glad if there was some way to address the same.
