I used the Easy cab services twice in the last one month. First time I used it when I hired the radio cab from Delhi's Palam Airport to my residence Vasundhara Enclave. It's like 30 km but they charged me Rs.650/- which is quite expensive as compared to other radio cab operators who charges Rs.15/- per km. This service at palam airport comes for an additional price because they have hired a place inside the airport lounge and we will only pay the rent as we are getting the services. Secondly, one would not have to stand in queue to get a cab, you come out with the recipt and the cool cab will there in front of you.
Second time I used it from New Delhi railway station to Vasundhara Enclave. I called them at 1.30 pm asking for a cab at 2pm. 1.45 I got a call from the Driver that he was already there waiting for me. My train reached the platform, I walked out of the station and the cab was waiting for me right there with it's windows pulled up, AC switched on when Delhi is burning at about 45 degrees during that time of the day. The distance from New Delhi railway station to my place is 15 km and I was charged Rs.225/- @Rs.15 /- per km. The driver was so nice and decent with no cheating attitude.
I was able to took out some information from the driver on their modus operandi(mode of operation). Easy cabs as of today owns 500 AC cabs, all Indigos, Indigo Marinas or Esteem. The driver who drives the vehicle is suppose to pay Easy Cab Rs.750/- daily whether he earns that or not. All fuel expenses, maintenance and all other expenses are the driver's responsibility. The cab has a radio display fitted inside the cab which keeps displaying at which place a cab is neededat what time. Accordingly whoever is nearby and free responds to that message and has to go and pick up the customer. No matter what, even if you need a cab for 2 km the will send it with smile even if they have to drive 35 km for picking you up they will only charge you for 2km. They do not charge you for first 15minutes of waiting time at pick up but after that you will be charged @Rs.50/hour.
I used to leave my vehicle at the station's parking to avoid interractions with the Taxi drivers and pay @125/- per 24 hours parking. All Delhites know how painful it is to negotiate or take the services of Delhi's Taxis and Autos. Even my local taxi stand takes Rs.250/- to drop to New Delhi Railway station in Non AC dirty car with a horrible stinking driver driving the car.

One might have to waste 5 minutes of mobile minutes to book the cab, but it's worth. And another piece of advice it's always better to book the cab well in advance when you need the service from New Delhi Railway Station or Airport to avoid any delay. So if you need a cab at 2pm you can always call them at 10 am and inform them.
I am quite impressed, it's as good as the services you get in USA and you dont have to pay tips also ha ha ha!(Not mandatory)
