Easy Cab in Bangalore is the worst city taxy I have ever seen. While taking the booking they are all sweet they will assure u that the cab will be on time.
But just before the schedule time they will send the message telling that we are sorry unable to provide the cab, it really sucks how can they send the message just few sec before the scheduled time, at least they can inform 2 to 3 hrs before, they just take customer for granted and they are not bothered of the problem we under go with this last minute notice, Book at ur own risk. And if u try to enquirer about the same with CC they talk rudely.
