I booked Easy cabs on Oct 4th, 2011 for their 800 Rs/40 kms/4 hours package.Not only the driver overcharged us (Actually extorted double the amount – Rs 1600 ) but also passed racist comments. I’m since been calling everyday to their customer care number, mailed them couple of times to get my hard-earned money back but they are simply not responding even after sending the scanned copy of the bill.First they send the cab at the wrong address, hence it reached 1 hour late.
Next the cab driver was totally unwilling to drive & asked me to call the call center to send another cab.But since he's already late by an hour I didn't do it.
Hence regretting since then.
