I have had two bad experiences with easy cabs. On both occasions, I had booked the cabs to go to the airport and had booked well in advance. Surprisingly on both the occasions I received a sms 30 min and 15 min before the departure time saying that the cab booking is cancelled.
At the last moment, I had to search for an alternative cab and the mental trauma and inconvenience has made me write this complaint so that other netizens are not fooled by this company. I have found meru cabs to be much more punctual and much more reliable.
