It was tough to write this review because there was a lot of comparison on the quality, reach, professionalism, economy etc. but finally able to write, and left the things to decide on the precious comments.


I used the quickcabs facility firstly on 25th december because we were four to travel and so we decided to opt for their service as heard a lot about price they had offered. When I called their number 45333333, the first thing I heard on IVR was "YOU ARE CURRENTLY CALLER NUMBER 13". It took around four minutes for me to reach the operator.


The operator was unable to answer the call in english so I conversed in hindi. Finally I booked the cab from Janakpuri to nangloi and he told me that you wil get a confirmation of tyor booking in next 45 minutes. I got an sms after an hour and they confirmed my booking. Finally the cab arrived at my place after waiting 2 hours from the time of call.


The driver was not in uniform and doesn't carried an i-card as well. Anyways we all four sat and moved from my place. In the way I asked the driver that why he took an hour to reach while on confirming the address he told that he is coming from dwarka which is just 10 minutes away. He said that he was in the CNG filling queue. He also told me that we avoid Nangloi route due to Metro construction in the way, but I am going home at Teekri for dinner and some rest so I happily accepted the route.


This was very strange to me as the easycabs claim that they freely ply in any part of Delhi and NCR at any time and any route to follow irrespective of traffic snarls. Though our first trip was OK but late by more than an hour, and It costed my Rs 108+10 Rs(phone).


Now recently I opted for quickcabs again as has to go to Nangloi again with my family. I called the quickcabs at 10:00 to book a cab at 12 Noon and IVR said (YOU ARE CALLER NUMBER 26). It took 12 minutes for the operator to answer my call and she again conversed in hindi, booked my cab for 12 Noon and said that the availability of cab would be confirmed at 11:15 by SMS. I waited till 11:45 and didn't received any SMS. I called up again and enquired about my booking number and she said it was cancelled. I asked that why I was not informed for which she said the SMS application is not working. I asked her to book a cab again for which she said that it would be booked for 1:30.


As it was on a marginal time for me, so I booked. Again tyhe same thing happened and I called up again at 1:15 as didn't recieved any SMS, again it took 8 minutes to reach operator and found that the booking is cancelled. I again booked the cab for my parentsand I moved on bike with my wife. The third booking also got cancelled without any SMS intimation.


Now I want to ask that is there any commitee which is monitoring such type of services. They are also aligning them to the auto-rickshaw sides of plying only in their direction of interest. Finally my parents reached Nangloi by an auto who too charged 60 rupees above general fare.


I would suggest everybody, not to try quickcabs as they are of no trust. They are even worse then autos. One will find an auto to his/her destination in 10-20 minutes of try, but won't get an quickcab aven after waiting 1hour and 30 minute for each booking, as the drivers might be in the CNG queue or would not be interested in plying to the destination you have booked.


Also the service proves to be costly if your phone bills are a concern for you. A BIG NO NO if you want to reach your destination on time, don't dare to try. FOR QUICKCABS: You people have deteriorated with time and would not be in business very soon. you have illiterate drivers and operators. You are playing with the time of commuters. If anybody is keeping a check then can see the easycab drivers enjoying their drinks at CNG pump ground near Baagdola turn in dwarka as they have lots of time to rest there
