I have booked a cab to travel from Singasandra to MG Road for 15th April 2015 at 08 AM. I did this booking on 14th April 2015 and double checked with the customer care team on the confirmation. They promised me that the cab would be at my door step @ 08 AM and the chauffeur details would be shared 30 minutes before the travel.
Below is the confirmation email they sent on 14th April 2015:

On 15th April 2015 @ 07:40 AM(20 minutes before pick up time), I received an message below and they don't even have the courtesy to update atleast an morpheushumanur before pickup time.

Never ever rely on easycabs and would like to rate not even 1 for them.
