A Customer care executive called me and apologized for whatever happened.
A good step from their side. Hope this continues.
I had recently booked two tickets through Easemytrip.com and I must say I chose to explore this site because it said that they don't charge any processing fee(which is true!). A few days later, most of the airlines slashed their rates and I wanted to cancel the current booking and re-book at the reduced rates.
I had a very bad customer experience using their website.
