I wanted to setup my home and went to E Zone at Oberoi mall. The sales guy accepted orders left and right with a rider, I will deliver things next day and get them installed day after. Its one week and I am still follwoing up with them to get my order in hand. 5 calls a day.every time different answer. Now I am told that the product which was suppose to be deliver 4 days back is not even in their stock. They took monay 5 days back and now they care to inform that product is not in stock. HORRIBLE!
Beware.dont trust their words! If you can pickup something then and there.buy it. When they say that it will be delivered the next day.dont go by that. You will end up following up for ever after paying money.
