I had purchase a LG Magna phone from E Zone Viviana Mall, Thane on June 12, 2015. As my phone got stolen while travelling I registered complaint in police station. My bill got misplaced so I went to the store for duplicate copy. The store management said there no such purchase made on the particular date. But my name and IMEI number was mentioned in their customer feedback.
When ask the same the executive was not able to answer my question. The transaction is updated in passbook as payment was done through debit card.
I have attached photocopy of passbook reflecting transaction for reference. I have strong feeling that store owner might be involved in illegal activities.
I need duplicate copy of the bill. Request you to kindly look into the matter.
