I was trying my luck with individual vendors to shift my stuff from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Too many players in the market with too many variations in price and service. Some were rude, some were not professional and the big players like Agarwal Movers and Packers were damn expensive, so while I was surfing the net, I was recommended to EZMove and being a techie myself, I got in there.
The website is well laid out and within minutes I filled in my requirements. To my surprise, I got a call from Anand within an hour confirming the requirements and promising few quotes by end of the day! My need was urgent and timelines were non negotiable. As promised I got the quotes and I was thinking between two vendors and again Anand helped me choose the right one. CPMC it was and I received a call from them to arrange for reviewing the requirements and they came in on time and did a professional job. Got an email from them confirming the date and time and they landed with all the required stuff on time again.
They got good packing material and competent people. They did a great job packing the beds, TV, cooler and all crockery. I was afraid I might have underestimated the number of boxes it would take to pack the stuff and surely enough the total number of packages went up to 45. They were very professional about it, never complained and did not charge me a single rupee extra for that.
Very happy indeed! To top it all, they delivered it to Hyderabad well ahead of promised time and did a great job delivering as well.
Overall, I would recommend EZMove to take away all your worries and sit back and relax while they do all the hard work and take care of transporting all your precious stuff in a very professional way with reasonable pricing.
