I am not sure whether this bank is run by illiterate, uneducated people.
They have a group loan, for that they charge 26% interest and other charges. If you calculate the total charges comes to 30-35%. That means, if you take a loan of 100000 you are repaying 135000 in a year.
The collection agents seem to be arrogant, aggressive and abusive. They threaten people so often to collect money on their convenience. Early morning, they come for collection and abuse people.
If you try to complain to the manager, he seems to be more than that of collection agents. Simply saying you don’t pay, we know how to take.
Very very bad bank. Never bank with them. Third rate and slum class bank.
