I joined this company and worked in it for good amount of time . I believe it has been the biggest mistake of my life.
Reason not to join emids -
1)The management which includes three IDIOTS - EVP(Arnab Chatterjee) and SVP(Srikant Chellappa) and VP- Quality(Ritesh Kaul) and they have a master slave mentality.
2) They strongly believe if they are paying the salary they have bought the person. No Work Life Balance.
3)Person is expected to work 24* 7 for the company and for that they will provide some old BlackBerry.
4)The basic premise is that every person is not worthy of the salary she/he is drawing and should be kicked out if she/he is not upto "their standards" which management will never define.
4) From day one they will say "what is your value addition?" .
5) There is too much of micromanagement and people are thrown out left right and centre if "they don't like the person " as employees don't matter ." - Please check attrition.
6) "We will get someone new or some freshers and get the job done - there is lot of supply in the market" is what we can get to hear from the management team.
An example - They threatened a office boy and locked him in a room the whole night didn'tt own up the theft . Poor guy owned up.
Prospective Clients of this company - Beware.
Prospective Employees - Please don't join this company and spoil your future or join at your own peril.
This company will run into problems anytime as they does indulge in fraud and forgery.
