Price what they show initially is not the same as what they are going to charge you.
They keep adding for token, GST and other charges, with this the cost is way beyond other vendors. By looking at final amount, if you did not go to payment section and started looking at other vendors, the e-mudhra vultures are waiting there, and someone will call you, and suggest you a discount keyword like “GRABEMUDHRA30” with which you are bullied with 30 percent discount.
They do blind work and goof up things like sending token to address mentioned in adhar card and not what you updated in their website while submitting application
They argue without material, like bluedart never do such mistakes, they should have delivered it to the same person, or to the family members, when you ask for countersign, they say, they will forward our complaint to bludart and end of the story.
They deliver the DSC for one year, even though you have applied and paid for two years’ validity. When you ask for copy of submitted application form, you will get response on 4-5 follow ups as “We would like to inform you that we would not be able to share the Application as you have applied for Digital Signature Certificate through ekyc process which is a paperless method.”
If its paperless, they will not have any traceability is all that they want say. They are all well trained women employees on whom you can not even shout when they baselessly argue saying that this is what you should have submitted, there can not be any mistake from e-mudhra, bludart never had any complaints in the past, so I have no ground to make any claim against them, all the nuisances. They never disclose their names in the mail, they say, e-mudhra team. So you have no one to hold accountable but e-mudhra.
Such an useless company and doing day light robbery, cheat and fraud
Please dont waste your time, money and effort. please buy from other vendors.
