The topic specified here is highly debatable. So it is better and safe to list out the pros and cons of each of them and let the people themselves decide as to what they want to go with. First we start with paper books. Yes any day they score over electronic books. The touch and the feel you get when you are reading a fantastic novel sleeping in the bed is incomparable to sitting in front of computer and reading the same. But it also greatly depends on the genre of book you are reading as to what method you should follow. I am basically a software engineer and deal with e-books daily and I like them a lot because most e-boos we have are technical manuals or some kind of tutorials. Now these books span to more than 500 pages on an average and in case we need to search something in this books then it is only feasible if an e-book is available.

But in contrary if you are reading a biography then it is best if it is in the form of paper book.

This is to make our reading experience a pleasure. Who would like reading a biography on the computer. Also in case of normal books, they can be carried anywhere and form a very good companion in long journeys unlike e-books which are dependents on computers or other gadgets capable of reading them(eg: Symbian 60 phones with acrobat reader installed). So finally it boils down to the genre of the book and personal interests. Its your take.
