I went for a DUS last weekend, As I was already excited to see the movie by watching the promos. One thing which really dragged me for the movie was the upcoming ‘Dus’ Item number(title song). As I sat in auditorium desperately waiting for the movie to start. I heard glasses banging on each other, deafening start to the movie with loud music and to my surprise it was the song I was almost waiting for weeks to see. The start to ‘Dus’ was fantastic with feet tapping music I almost felt like dancing with them. Abhishek in the mood of wooing all women over there and that was not enough the sensational (that’s’ what I have heard) Zayeed Khan joining Abhishek in his act. A great start for a movie with all the actors introduced in their own dashing persona.

The first main shot Itelligence bureau get an information, about a bomb near a multi storeyed building, As you must have guessed it by now all the characters gather over there to destroy the bomb planted. I really need to say the director has made efforts to make it look like a western movie, with all the amazing stunts and the special effects. To every one’s surprise an Indian ‘Lara croft’ has been born with Shilpa Shetty taking over the flying kick department from our dear khiladi Aki. After all it’s a women’s world today, anything can happen.

The film goes on as there is a mission to be accomplished within a week. A plan to kill the P.M. There is no reason or rivalry mentioned or the purpose for such an act. But we still find our Anti Terrorist Bureau fighting to break the mission. Somewhere there is something missing. I felt movie is fast paced but the connectivity seems to be missing. I feel Sanju baba is better of being a Don or Fighter (not a thinking cop). To say about Zayeed looks cool with his stunts, but still would advice him to put on his glasses all the time.(that seems better). Abhishek bachhan is surely under utilized, that kid has lot of potential, Performance in Sarkar is also ¼ of what he is capable of. I am sure for AB’s fan there is something more to expect for. Esha Deol tries her best to do negative role just like “Dhoom”. Still if feel, she should try and do role for which she will be credited for. The Shetty in his same fashioned role of a good cop. He has fairly done well getting actress of his sisters age. I think it far more better than our chintu. Not to forget our 2 villians Pankaj kapoor and Gulshan. Pankaj kapoor has really proved that he can be counted on, Continuing from where he had left playing Don in MAQBOOL, he seems to be getting in the groove.

On the whole the movie is great step towards the new innovation and technologies that our directors have started implementing At last its always good and easy to be a critic then to make a movie. Hats of for trying.
