I feel this review is:
I was travelling from bangalore to Kolkata in duronto express. I was really upset by seeing the condition of the train which include seat. Toilet, utilize etc. Please I request to improve the service. Worst condition of train. Not worth travelling. The toilet door are worst. I think even the sleeper class trains which cost less amount has better maintenance. It was noticed that there are no water facility in some of the washrooms. Food was not to the level.
