Durian Sucks. Review on Durian Furniture, Mumbai

I too had a similar experience with durian - Bangalore.

First of all "any one planning to buy durian" request you guys to talk to people who have purchased any products from durian and then decide to spend your money on durian.

My story.

Purchased a sofa set worth 60k, they gave 5 year warranty. Within a year we could feel the frame of the sofa when we sit. It started to leave a crater size lump which could hold 2 glasses of water.

We complained, we got a reply after 15 days, the tech guys came and tightened the elastic belts in it. Actually speaking when they opened the sofa, i was astonished to find that the frame of the sofa is made of a very low quality wood (guess they pick the wood from the scrap yard).

Now after the repair the worst happens. A month later after the repair, the original looks of the sofa is lost, now the stitching of the sofa is ripping apart. Placed a complaint again. No reply. So one piece of advice from me.
