First of all its free app you can get it from google play store.
You can learn some words at the starting without making an account( limited access) .
For full access you need an account.
You can signup using your email adress.
You can also purchase their things ( I don't because I want to learn free you know)
They have groups( club) you can give your fellow members of that group a tough competition so its fun with learning.
It is like gaming you should try it and see it.
