I order Dunkin Donuts sometimes as a break from cooking. I expect food to be delivered hot and fast from this reputed International chain. But sadly, several times, their delivery boy delayed delivery by more than 1.5 hr! the burger arrived stone cold and killed my appetite. The chap tells me - each delayed time - that he is'new' and doesn't know the routes. Considering that the outlet is just 2.5 km away! Why would an international food chain not train their delivery staff on nearby routes? I wonder.
But to their credit, when I complained, they sent me a complimentary Naughty Lucy burger. I appreciate the gesture, but cant help wondering why they keep repeating the same excuse for delayed delivery, again & again?!
Their burgers are nice. the donuts are a bit overpriced, but the cinnamon ones are satisfyingly likeable. Try it - sure, for a change from routine, but be prepared for lame excuse of'ignorance of routes'.
