Well ur question is very difficult to answer.
I would try to be very honest that its not going to be straight and simple.
Dubai is big place with lots of people. Hope u have details about ur husband, i.e. his work place, his passport details etc and above all some friend or family with whom u can stay for long time.
I am not trying to make u afraid but just warning mam that its not so simple. I know u know this but I can say without correct and factual data of your husband it would be extremely difficult.
