To summarize, they are operating with team of goons renting out unsafe vehicles and cheating whenever they feel like.
I have picked up vehicles multiple times with them and most of the times you will see some damage here or there. Once I even got a vehicle with dirty seats( had paan stains at back seat. I ignored since we were only 2 people), broken door and non functional horn(competitors were booked so had to go with it). They also don't have any legal parking place in Mumbai and have team of goons to operate their network. But this particular time they screwed up to next level. I picked up i10 on Saturday, 5th May. When I returned vehicle on Monday morning driving right from Pune to Mumbai on express way, they pointed out some damage at bottom. Now the catch is they don't take pics of car when you go for handover, otherwise none of their car will go on ride. They simply blamed it on me. Their logic was if damage was already there, you couldn't have driven so long. I asked them for pic in my presence which they didn't have. They said if we keep taking pictures in presence of every customer, how will we cater to everyone. I looped in call center and they said do whatever field team says. Field person said that they will inspect and call. Then some person named Sandeep started making threatening calls. I spoke to call center to loop them out. Call center person says it's their property, they can call you anytime and he can't help me. I mailed call recordings and screenshot to their call center but noone bothered about it. Meanwhile again the person called me asking for 5000 rs. By evening their call center sends some before after images asking for 10000 rupees. Their field team is just making money wherever there is a chance and their call center is just formality filling pockets of their field network.
