I recently visited dreams mall which is in Bhandup at a very prime location.
The mall looked very huge n beautiful from outside but as soon as I entered, there were no shops opened. More than 500 shops are there but all closed.
The only shop I could see was the brokers n real estate agents shops.i inquired with them as to why no shops are open and a shocking truth they told me. They said shops were not working so no one is interested in buying or taking on lease.The dreams mall is one of the biggest failure mall till date. Feel sad for the makers of this mall.
