India, off late, has seen a surge in the fantasy league websites where the users can form their teams, play matches and earn some rewards. I was referred to the Dreams11.com by one of my friends. The website looked good on paper, however, my experience with this website was not good.
The website asked me to verify my PAN account details and bank details and I was told that I would be rewarded with cash of INR 200 after doing this. I did exactly that, however, I did not receive any cash for that. I wrote about this issue and did not get any satisfactory response. I am still waiting for the verification prize.
The rules of the website itself were quite confusing. I first joined the cashfree leagues, where I could play without submitting any money. There were three other teams in that category, however, I did not play any match. There was no provision for playing any free matches in it. I tried my hands onto the other cashfree leagues, however, the result was the same.
Disappointed by this, I signed up in one of the cash leagues and deposited INR 35. The total cash prize of that league was INR 2000. I played in the league and won some rewards. However, when the finals of the tournament came, I suspiciously lost the match from the winning position. I again contacted the admin regarding that and I was not given any response on that.
I was again given the offer of doubling my money, if I submit a certain amount of money in my account. I gleefully did that, however, there was no credit in my account from the website. I referred a lot of my friends to the website, as Dreams11 assured me of crediting my account with money. However, I never received any amount from the website. None of my friends ever won a big prize on this website.
Dreams11 happily gives you small rewards, however, when you are on the verge of winning big prizes, they either disable your account or find some excuses for not paying you. If you are happy winning small prizes, then you can log on to this website, however, I seriously doubt you would earn big bucks here.
