I did not like Dream Girl 2 movie at all. The first Dream Girl movie was so entertaining and funny. But this sequel was very bad.
Ayushmann Khurrana was just shouting in a ladies voice the whole time. It became too loud and irritating. The jokes were not funny anymore. The story did not make sense. It was just showing random scenes without connecting them properly.
The other actors like Ananya Pandey were also overacting. They were trying too hard to be funny but it was not working. The music was bad and I cannot remember any song at all now.
The director tried to make it like first Dream Girl. But he failed. This movie lacked good comedy, nice story and entertainment. It felt like everyone just wanted to make money using the original movie's name. But they did not care about making a good sequel.
My advice is don't waste money to watch Dream Girl 2 in theater. You will regret it like me. Just watch the first Dream Girl movie again on TV or Netflix if you want to enjoy. The makers should not have spoiled the nice first movie by making such a bad sequel for no reason. I did not enjoy Dream Girl 2 at all. Very disappointing movie.
