It is a one size insoles, marked with different sizes which you can cut yourself to fit your shoes. My feet hurt, get red and feel burned even when I wear flats(cushioned footwear) The idea is to get all day shock absorption and give my feet some extra pressure relief.
Nothing on pressure relief front. In just 10-15 min of wearing them, my feet were sweating like anything and made me so uncomfortable wearing them and sitting at work. Walking was another problem. Just used once and now they are just lying on top shelf. Rs 350 is lot to just throw them out.
