Placed below is a copy of my legal notice to Lal Path Labs for its civil and criminal prosecution for its criminal misconducts and lapses

You are not only loosing faith of the senior doctors of big hospitals like Appolo, Max etc but loosing faith of general public also due to serious defects and lapses in your services and for your giving incorrect test reports. Doctors of many hospitals have stopped considering your test reports as true and correct and advise their patients to get the lab tests done again from some other lab for true and correct diagnose of their ailments. Many people say that you some time repeat the same report of the test which you had given earlier for it. I also got very bitter experience of booking lab tests for me, my wife and sister-in-law on 4th October, 2023 for which your department sent one most ill mannered, unhygienic and rude phlebotomist Shri Sarthak Sharma at my home on 4.10.2023. Though the time of his visit to my house was between 11.00 to 12 .00 noon but after telephoning us he came at 10.45 AM itself. I had prescription of Dr Pawan Kesarwani Director of Urology department of Max Patparganj on which he had prescribed many lab tests for me for my prostate surgery and the rubber stamp of the same had been put by him on the prescription to indicate the test names which was quite clear and legible. Your said Mr . Sharma took its copy alongwith copy of my CGHS card, my being CGHS beneficiary being husband of my wife who retired as central government officer. I am otherwise a senior lawyer and academician also on panel of many government departments and banks etc. Since I am 75 years 5 months old my tests were cashless. After taking the photocopies of my said prescription and CGHS card, he took samples of my blood. After that he took photos of my wife and sister-in-law's CGHS cards and took their blood samples. We made him the payment in his paytm account through my bank for the lab tests and his visit charges at 11.02 AM as per my bank's SMS received for it. To our great shock and surprise, he telephoned hours later that he could not send my blood samples and urine samples for tests in his lab as the print of my prescription allegedly was dim. Getting shocked I asked him to come and take the original of the prescription itself to have more clear view of the tests written on the same but he refused for this also . Since I could not afford to give good amount of my blood for multiple tests again I asked him to charge for the same and I will claim amount of the same separately from your lab as after taking samples of good amount of blood you could not refuse to conduct tests on the same and that too of 76 years old patient. He refused for this also. Then I raised a complaint from my mobile No. 9868072189 to your customer care phone Number . One Ms Muskan registered my complaint saying that with in an hour your senior staff will speak to me on the same. But none did so. I again telephoned at your customer care phone number and again reply was received from there that your executive will contact me with an hour but again it proved to be your lie.
In between your said Mr Sharma might have been contacted by your customer care . He telephoned me to inform that he had sent me print of my prescription on my whats app to see that it is not legible. I saw it and found it to be quite readable though I had no concern with this after your man Shri Sarthak Sharma had taken my blood and urine samples two hours before that and Lal path lab was legally bound to conduct the necessary tests on the same and provide me true and correct report of the tests. When I sent him the message that if my blood and urine samples taken by him at 10.45 AM were spoiled due to their not having been put on processing, I will sue him and the Lal path lab, he sent me the message that these have been put on process. Later I came to know that he sent the samples of my blood and urine routine and culture for processing after more than two and half hours of his collecting the same at 10.45 AM. This fact got revealed from the test reports received in the evening in which time of receiving my samples was given as of 1.20 PM. i.e two and half hours after actually receiving the samples at 10.45 AM. The samples because of this had got spoiled and remained of no use for having true and correct report. When I wrote about it, Mr Sarthak Sharma again sent a message by falsely stating that he had not collected the samples at 10.45 AM and instead had collected the same in between 11 and 12 to hide his and crimes of your lal path lab. But when he was told that if he had not collected the samples at 10.45 AM then how he received the payment at 11.00 AM . He was so callous and rude that even after taking the samples he did not even put bandaid on the wounds. Then he did not change his gloves also each time he took blood sample of different persons. Leave these facts apart he did not even gave us Lab Nos of the test samples which he sent later on my whats app account on demand made oh phone as under:

I have to undergo surgery based on my blood and urine test reports which cant be true and correct now of the samples of the same having been kept unprocessed for hours together. I have to again give good amount of my blood and undergo various sufferings to get my all multiple tests done from some other trusted lab. If the results of the same showed different reading than the reading of your tests reports then your crimes would get multiplied further, I am separately writing to the Health Ministry and other govt departments to investigate the whole matter to get your lal path labs closed in large public interests besides initiating to file civil and criminal cases against you people which you may note accordingly.
