It’s been 5 years now that we have been relying completely on Hiranandani Hospital for all medical needs – incl. the birth of our child and couple of operations that my wife had to go through. Sad to say that the quality of service is going from bad to worse in the last couple of years bordering on sheer unprofessionalism giving the impression that its only meant a money making machine & nothing else.
Yesterday we had taken an appointment to meet Dr. Vishal Chopra at 10:30 am and reached there well in time. The doctor was not available and patient with 10 am appointment was waiting. At 10:45 am, while we were standing with the CC exec, the doctor called to check how many patients are there and that he will be 10 mins late. After 15 mins , after we followed up, he was still 5 mins away. The CC exec stated that “he always came late” …
I cannot imagine the unprofessionalism of the doctor and the authorities / CC at Hiranandani that this is tolerated and patients are not even informed that there will be a delay. We had taken time out from our busy schedule to drive down from our office(s) for this visit and the callousness and apathy is just not acceptable. We took a refund and went down to meet the PR Manager, who was not available. She did not even bother to receive a call from the CC exec who was with us. We then went to The Ops Head (Mr. Pawar) who was also missing.
We decided to leave and the valet service was a sheer mess with mainly 1 person trying to manage the chaos. It took 15 mins for us to get the car and we were wondering how could an establishment stating all kinds of accreditation could work in such an unprofessional manner. We are going to Seven Hills
