So wow now I contacted their HO in mumbai and voila! no 1 there is ready to take the complaint against their Dr or talk abt refund, their site also u cannot lodge a complaint? the online option of taking appt is only for new pt - not for the existing .gr8 shaddy job here - cheater and faker Mukesh batra has made sure that pt cant reach him. dont know if he is really there. he also has made sure u cannot complain bcoz he knows a lot ppl wil complain their head branch or call center does nt even know how to book a complain, .what? how can they hv no system wher pt can approach if he is not getting well?/? - the call center ppl r so rude just like doctors - if u r a new pt they will b nice until u hv given money.
