Researchers, I went to Batras-Khar for Hair treatment but found not that good as it is exaggerated.Please note my comments are only for Hair treatment that I had.
They are pure marketing people and well known to sell their brand.Doctors are overloaded with work and can’t find a proper tone of treatment each time you go in.
If a customer is late for its appointment they call you and say that you shouldn’t be late etc but always they don’t keep their appointment time and you are kept waiting at the clinic for average 20 minutes.
Their email service is so pathetic that they take their own sweet time to respond and they don’t keep to their commitments.
Finally, I would say that if you are going to Batras for treatment, take a second thought and to avoid disappointment don’t expect much from them.
