My 2 yr old son has eczema and food allergies and we thought of trying Dr. Batra clinic. Do yourself a favor and never go to Dr. Batra. It is just a marketing racket. They play with human health and extract money out of you. They took 9000 Rs.
For 1 yr subscription without even giving medicine. Then in 3 days we were assigned 3 different doctors who all contradicted each other. My son had a bad reaction to the medicine within 2 days.. he had severe rash and itching all over. One doctor said it could be a reaction to the medicine and the other doctor completely denied that it was caused by the medicine. After 2 weeks we stopped medicine and our son was completely fine the next day.
We completely lost trust in them. We went back to them asking our money back and they completely denied to give. There are a lot of good homeopathy doctors all over in India. Go to them, but never go to Dr. Batra. They are cheats.
