We had a very bad experience with Dr Batra's clinic.
Our 2.5 years old child was suffering from skin rashes. Being lured by their advertisements we visited Dr Batra's clinic. We were quite impressed by the good hygienic atmosphere in the clinic. We were treated very cordially and the doctors were very friendly. They showed us photographs of children who were suffering from similar symptoms, much severe though. They warned us that this symptom if treated by any other type of medication, like allopathic medicine, will not be cured completely and soon will develop into respiratory problem. It needs long term treatment and they offered us a two year package at cost of Rs 11000/-
We were hesitant about buying the plan because of the high price and also for lack of professional /scientific reasoning in the words of the doctors. They advised us to wait in a special customer's room, where we met a patient couple who were all praise about the clinic's treatment. That was something we just could not ignore. (Today I question myself...who were that couple? Patient?..or someone paid by the clinic for misguiding people?)
We made the mistake of buying the plan. We continued for 8 months with the treatment. During this time the symptoms aggravated many folds and we had no other option but stopping it.
I strongly believe that Dr Batra’s and his pool of doctors are not into fair practice. It is unfair to charge unreasonably.....but what it is to charge high for fake service or stuffs? Cheating? We lost the entire sum we paid for the treatment.
My sincere advice to anyone is not to be overwhelmed by marketing gimmicks when you visit Dr Batra's clinic. Rather, I urge them to use their own reasoning before you take their service.
