I was really shocked when my little one was diagnosed with asthma. I simply thought that she was suffering from repeated attacks of cough but after examining her, the pediatrician told me she had asthma. He put her on inhalers and other syrups which were only helping her for a short while.
Moreover, I realized that she could not miss a single dose without getting worse. It was sad to see her becoming more and more dependent on these medicines. My uncle who takes homeopathy for his asthma suggested me to try it for some time.
Since there are no side effects of this medicine, I thought it would be good for my daughter.
I did some research on internet about Homeopathy and asthma and decided to go to Dr. Batra's. Well, I must say I was very impressed by the clinic at first but equally disappointed by their poor administration. Long waiting time in spite of booking an appointment made me feel dejected.
However, this doctor who saw my child was very nice and seemed quite experienced. I could gradually taper off and stop her inhalers over a period of one and a half years. Though it took so long, it was well worth the time and effort. Today, she plays about normally like any other child and I don’t have to be tensed all the while about her asthma attacks. Who ever thought that these small, sweet pills could do so much good!
