At the onset, this is to share with all that this is my 1st review in mouthshut.com; though I have been using its services for the last three years.


I want to share my experiences on the Hair Loss treatment I am going through atDr Batra’s Positive Health Clinic Ltd(DBPHCL), again for the last three years @ the Santacruz, Mumbai clinic. And my categorical view is: JUST NOT THINK ABOUT IT.


To sound fair, I am still a patient as I am apprehensive about the effect on my hairline without any kind of medicine. But I think I would stop once the current tenure is over(they charge you for 1/2 whole year).


Since I began my treatment, I have clearly observed that DBPHCL did not show any inclination for communicating the treatment’s time-frame, various milestones to be achieved during the course, customised Anasultanlysis based on case history, etc.


They call you once a month only(which is good enough if product is good) but just don’t know what to do with the patient. I have found that almost all my visits ended up as a monologue; me repeating the same problems each month. And they make you sit, listen you completely, and then offer you the medicines(and they never tell you much about the therapy and medicines even). NO SERIOUS BUSINESS. And then do what? Again go to the clinic next month to complete the formality. If you ask them to send the medicines through courier, they do that without much stress on actual visit. Probably they too know that they are just having FUN.


I will NOT talk about other things like customer service because even its not good enough, still okay with me because those are the peripherals. Yes, doctors are sober and I think they have to be. After all, that’s the minimum requirement to fleece patients month after month.


Disclaimer: I think I have tried to be as objective as possible, but of course the entire content above is my personal opinion. I personally know FOUR other patients who too have a negative viewand to a certain extent, overly frustrated and biased.
