Dp hyundai is a new franchisee of hyundai which is opened in Dehradun. since it was new I thought of taking down my car there for my fourth paid service. They receive me really really well and promised to take care of my car. I was told that the bill amount would be between 4 to 5000. When I came back to receive my car I was handed over a bill of Rs.10, 000 and was told that there were a few more glitches in the car which had to be fixed. Did not even take my permission before fixing my car and before charging me.
Reluctantly though I paid my bills and with a heavy heart took my car away. When I reached home I note is that the car had not been cleaned properly and there was dust all over my windshield and my dashboard. since I had to go out of station I did not contact them and after a few days I noticed that the alignment of the of my car was not okay I got a check from outside and they told me that the alignment was not done properly and it had only been seven days since the servicing.
