When I saw the add on tv for the dove shampoo then I buy the same day m very excited to try bcoz everybody wants smooth and silky hairs as they shown in the advertisement but when I try the small amount on my hairs so my hair start falling after shampoo I also try the same dove conditioner but same hair falling its gives smoothness but not totally protection
