Its not because dove made my hair rough or felt too harsh.Its because when I started using it made my hair look silky and smooth never before.I was too happy with results.I think this is the best product I have ever used. Its give nourishment to our scalp. Using it with the conditioner after keeps my hair shiny, full and non greasy. Other brand either dry my hair out or leaves it looking greasy. This is the best product so far I have found for my hair
