Hi Readers,
I am today going to share my experience with DotZot Couriers.
I ordered HP Desktop 1112 Printer through Shopclues on 30 th March, Wednesday and they hand over it to DotZot on 31st of March itself with Tracking id I30005659614
DotZot is a wing of DTDC and they are saying that its for express delivery, I got my product on 4th of April 2016.
It takes three days to reach the product from Hyderabad, and also they are sayignt hat its an express courier mode.
Actually, its OK, but after reaching the product at Trivandrum Office, they call and told me that there is no service in my area and I want to collect it from there Office that is 12 Kms away from my Home.My some friends get home delivery from them in my area, then why they told me that no delivery in my area, my place is also in city not in village.
They are behaving according to there wish, especially there staffs.I booked as Cash on Delivery too, so its there responsibility to collect cash from me by finding my address.
Its a worst courier and am not recommending this to anyone.
