I had purchased a product from E-Bay on Mar-11th, 2016 which got shipped by the Seller on Mar-12th, 2016. Its been 11 days now, the product has not been delivered by DotZot yet. The shipment was booked by Seller on Mar-12th from Goregaon, Mumbai and it reached Delhi on the same day. It took 7 days to reach Ghaziabad on Mar-19th. And it is Mar-22nd today, the product has not been delivered yet.
I have been calling on their customer care number available on E-Bay; however, nobody picks up the call. I got another number for DotZot Customer Care - 08030041302 from DTDC Customer care; however, they always say that the courier has reached destination city and I will get a call from delivery boy, but I have never received any call. They also gave me the contact number for Ghaziabad branch; and as usual standard message was there that it will be delivered tomorrow. I don't know when will this tomorrow come.
I spoke with someone at Ghaziabad office on Mar-21st, 2016 and got a confirmation that it will be delivered on Mar-22nd; however, it did not get delivered. I then called them again at 3:30 PM on Mar-22nd and spoke with Dharmendra to check the status, he said it will get delivered within an hour. I again called them and spoke with Ranjan at 4:30 PM, he said it can't be delivered today and they have a holiday tomorrow(Mar-23rd). What a WOW experience.!
I am surprised why DTDC has opened this bullshit courier company which doesn't even think that someone has ordered a product because of his/her need. And they are just not bothered to get it delivered.
I would not want to give them even 1 star. Can somebody please take some action against this courier company.
