Dot cabs one of the famous cabs in hyderabad, but I was really suffered with this cab in two times at very urgent times, one time I want to go railway station, my train time was 6.25pm, I booked cab for 4pm, on that time they told OK, .
And then I am waiting for cab at 4pm to 4.30pm and I did call to customer care they told with in 15 mints cab reach but up to 5.30pm cab not reached, finally I cancelled and run for Auto, so, beware with dot cabs friends
