Concept:
Eat all kinds of food in small amounts, every two hours! Eat pastry, biscuit, and all fatty food once a month. So you get to eat everything, and lose your body fat naturally. Her explanations are very sensible and practical.
But minimum amount of exercise is a must.
Did I try it?
Yes, I have been following it 75% for the last five days and I have lost 1/2 kilo. I feel energetic and excellent. I am planning to follow it full-on.
The book is written in very simple english, no reading in-between lines, with examples. She has given a chart of the diet of people from different backgrounds, and corrected their diet wherever required. Her four principles of eating are easy to follow and are the basics of eating! She teaches you to appreciate your body and respect it. There are cheat-sheets and the list of different kinds of foods that we can eat but we dont. EXCELLENT book! I will write more after I follow the plan fully and let you know the changes.
